Events - Event View

 Bayou Rifles holds a Vintage-Garand-Modern Military Match in January, February, March, September and November. Any WWII era rifle, current Service Rifles or Match Rifle are allowed. Rifle must be able to fire 10 rounds in 70 seconds with a mag change. No Muzzle Breaks are allowed. The match is shot at 200 yards from the prone, sitting and standing positions. E-Targets are used. Please bring a phone or tablet to access the E-Targets.

Please be at the range at 8:00 to set up E-Targets. Roll call at 8:30.

Course of Fire: 
Match 1 - 200 Yard Slow Fire Prone - 20 shots for record + 5 Sighters
Match 2 - 200 Yard Rapid Fire Prone - 10 Shot String in 80 seconds with mag change
Match 3 - 200 Yard Rapid Fire Sitting - 10 Shot String in 70 seconds with mag change
Match 4 -200 Yard Slow Fire Standing - 10 shots for record
Match 5 - Aggregate of Matches 1 –  4
